Bruc Terrace is an ideal apartment for families or a group of friends. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Its balconies and large terrace make it a space full of natural light. It features two double bedrooms: The first one has a 180cm bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and the second one has a 150 cm bed. Both rooms have direct access to the terrace with two small tables and chairs. The common area has two balconies that illuminate the entire area, it consists of a dining room for 6 people and a spacious living room with 1 double sofa bed, two sofas, coffee table, TV and DVD. Just next door is the fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a storage room special to store suitcases and a bath with shower.

The apartment is located on Bruc Street between Diputación Street and Gran Vía, 5 minutes by walk from the earth of Eixample Area full of bars, restaurants, stores and architectural spots. The Eixample boasts one of the most dynamic shopping districts of the city with its Passeig de Gràcia, Plaça Catalunya and Diagonal Avenue as well as two others beauties from the hands of the greatest exponent of the Catalan modernista movement Casa Batlló and Casa Milà. The area's nightlife is spread quite evenly through its streets, though, and the atmosphere never gets raucous at night. 5 minutes far by walk you will find Plaza Cataluña and La Rambla, the central boulevard which cuts through the heart of the city centre, dividing the Raval from the Gothic quarter, one of the most historic and best preserved neighbourhoods in all of Spain. The area itself is a perplexing maze of narrow alleyways and enchanting squares which has changed very little over the centuries. Normally full of life, the Barri Gotic offers a huge selection of restaurants, bars and shops for all tastes and budgets.
