It has two spacious bedrooms, both with ceiling fan, the main one with double bed, built-in wardrobe and direct access to the cosy terrace of the flat. The second bedroom has a comfortable single bed and a desk area. With a full bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances open to the spacious living room and breakfast bar, converted into an original dining area. The living room has a 50" Smart TV, a comfortable sofa, and access to the pleasant terrace where you can have breakfast and relax while enjoying the atmosphere of the place. With the beach just a few steps from the house, in one of the most beautiful villages of Tenerife, where you can taste the typical dishes of the local gastronomy and enjoy pleasant walks by the sea. It is also very well located, very close to the South airport and with a quick connection to the motorway. The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, bed linen and shower towels, and much more. El Médano is the main tourist centre of the municipality of Granadilla de Abona located in the south of the island. It stands out for the beauty of its fine grey sand and the majestic view of the Red Mountain volcanic cone. The area closest to the village is the most familiar and with the least amount of waves. As you go along the promenade you will find surf shops, restaurants and cafes, in a very cosmopolitan atmosphere. The area farthest from the village is ideal for windsurfing and kitesurfing. World famous championships such as the World Windsurfing and Kitesurfing Championships are usually held here.
