With an exquisite decoration, in which every detail has been taken care of and a pleasant terrace where you can relax while looking at the sea. With capacity for 5 people, two bedrooms, 1GB fibre optic, designed for teleworking, Smart TV and an unbeatable location, just a few steps from the beach and the seafront avenue, where you can enjoy its typical food restaurants and breathe the atmosphere of the area. With sea views, this beautiful flat is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 5 people, with two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, a spacious living-dining room and a cosy terrace with sea views for exclusive use. With fibre Wifi Internet at 1GB, designed for teleworking and all the necessary services around. With all the comforts, it has a ceiling fan, two Smart TVs and a communal swimming pool. Strategically located, just a few steps from the beach, where you can enjoy its restaurants and cafes. Access by elevator, but the corridor to the flat has some stairs leading down.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in the area of Las Caletillas in the municipality of Candelaria about 15 minutes drive from the city of Santa Cruz. There is a promenade where you can admire the sea and a large beach that runs along the entire avenue. The best thing about the beach is the tranquillity that you can breathe as the occupation is usually low, except in the summer months when it can be moderate but never at the levels of the most touristic and frequented beaches of the island. It is also important to know that in the area you can find several restaurants of typical food, fresh fish, paellas, from which you will undoubtedly leave happy.
