Located in the heart of Puerto del Carmen’s Old Town, just a short walk from the beautiful, golden beach, the holiday apartment La Florida is part of a residential complex with a large pool area. The apartment is ideal for couples or couples with a child. With its simple, tasteful decor, the apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, one bedroom (with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite television. Outside on your spacious balcony, equipped with two small tables and chairs, you are invited to admire the gorgeous view of the ocean and enjoy a meal together. This is where true relaxation begins! In the communal outdoor area of the complex, you can sunbathe on warm afternoons and go for a swim in the spacious pool, which furthermore has a children’s pool area and outdoor showers. Due to its exceptional location in the heart of Puerto del Carmen’s vibrant Old Town, there is wide array of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes within the immediate vicinity. You will find the charming, Old Town harbour here. Additionally, the local beach of the town, about 900 m or a 13-minute walk away, awaits you with its fine, golden sands. Here you can listen to the calming waves as you watch the glittering ocean before you. Pets are not allowed.
