The apartment is situated in the beautiful and quiet Las Palmeras community of only 30 linked apartments with a large shared swimming pool for the exclusive use of owners and guests. There is free Wi-Fi and a new air conditioning/heating system. You can have your meal on a private terrace with stunning view overlooking palm trees, the Par 47 Golf course and Mar Menor. The second private terrace located upstairs is equipped with sunbeds. The kitchen is fully equipped. TV and DVD player are also available.
