The "Llevantada" is a house located in the center of Poblenou del Delta, about fifty meters from the church square. The house was built in 1956 and ​is a farmhoue construction intended for agricultural use. The house has been renovated maintaining part of the original image and essence. The area of the property is 330sqm. The property occupies 60m² on the ground floor and 60m² on the first floor, with an terrace of 16m². The ground floor consists of kitchen/dining room, living room with fireplace and a bathroom that ​leads directly to the porch and patio. On the first floor there is a full bathroom, two double bedrooms and a open area with sofa bed and extra bed that opens onto the terrace. The property is equipped with modern furniture, with the necessary facilities and accessories to offer a comfortable and pleasant stay. You can delight yourself in this beautiful place and get to know it walking or biking, but to reach other places such as the Ebro Delta, a car would be recommended. There are many routes and activities to choose from in the Ebre Delta and nearby towns and villages.
