I rent a Luxury Duplex Loft for short stays in a renovated old winery located in the historical center of Jerez de la Frontera. Ideal for business or leisure trip. The decoration is by design. Its 189 m2 are distributed as follows : -Ground Floor : the living-dining-kitchen area ( 55 m2 ) with espectacular space of 6 meters high, 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom . The ground floor of the Loft is accessible to people with disabilities. -First Floor :second double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and third bedroom decorated as a working lounge ( where the sofa-bed is located) . * The maximum cappacity of the Loft is 6 people * The distribution of bedrooms and guests is as follows : - Master bedroom with double bed of 1.6 m. wide x 2 m. long for 2 guests with ensuite bathroom . - Second bedroom with double bed of 1.6 m. cms wide x 2 m. long for 2 guests with ensuite bathroom. - Third bedroom with a double sofa-bed , that once it is opened , it turns into a double bed of 1.4 m. wide x 2 m. long for 2 guests. * Possibility of FREE PARKING in my private parking space located in a close building ( 20 meters far from the Loft).
Hola, I was born in Sevilla, grew up in San Sebastian ( Basque Country ) and now living in Costa Ballena ( Rota , Cadiz). I like enjoying of simple pleasures in life : a nice meal with friends , an unexpected art exhibition or a charming trip... I need to have the sea close to me. I expect from my guests to feel in my Loft in Jerez or my Attic in Costa Ballena,as confortable as if they were in their own home , and likewise ,i expect from them to take care of the property as if it was their own place too. It is very satisfying for me to make hosts that visit Costa Ballena and Jerez enjoy an unforgetable stay .
