The apartment is located just 800 meters from the Plaza Mayor shopping center, the largest on the Costa del Sol with numerous Fashion Stores, OUTLETS, Restaurants and Supermarkets. You can enjoy the beach and its promenade, as well as other activities such as golf being only 800 meters from the field ''Parador de Malaga Golf Club'', you can also find in the surroundings a variety of golf courses to suit your needs. You will find activities related to water sports, Los Alamos beach in Torremolinos is a popular area for the practice of these sports, highlighting the KITESURF, PADEL SURF ... near the apartment you can find schools where you can learn these and other water sports.
