Welcome to this spacious townhouse with 5 bedrooms in the heart of Los Boliches, right next to the Swedish School and close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The area where the townhouse is located is quiet and nice, the nearest grocery store is just a couple of minutes walk away, Los Boliches train station is 9 minutes walk away and from there the trains run every 20 minutes to Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Malaga airport and to Malaga City. The beach and the 8km long promenade are just under 600m from the townhouse. Just a short walk away, there is a wide selection of restaurants from all corners of the world, from Spanish tapas bars to bodegas, Mexican, Indian, Swedish and much more. When you step into the house, you are met by the newly renovated kitchen directly to the right, here you will find a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and much more to cook on holiday. Further into you come to the living room with 2 comfortable sofas, a TV but local TV channels and a dining area. On the terrace there is a lounge group and pergola. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, another floor up there are 2 bedrooms same a shared bathroom with access from both bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with blackout blinds and A / C with both cooling and heating. The house is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in all rooms, fast WIFI, possibility to use alarms, free parking in the area subject to space (otherwise there is parking in the area around) dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and much more .
