The apartments are located inside a building of classic Sevillian construction, fully renovated in 2020. The building was constructed over the old wall of the Casa de la Moneda (which can still be seen from the inside) right at Puerta de Jerez. During the renovation, the original architectural elements were preserved, updating them through decor. The large front windows provide plenty of light inside while allowing one to enjoy the incredible views. Thanks to its prime location, exploring Seville has never been easier. Both apartments are equipped with air conditioning and free wifi. Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, and coffee maker. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
