If you can afford it "The Level" was excellent. We were not there to party, and the Level was excellent for a very relaxing Après-ski. Staff were superb, own concierge etc. The Level is an upgrade with personalised services. Meliá’s VIP service for guests seeking only the best. From their website; The Level guests enjoy an enhanced experience thanks to the additional services and private areas that the Meliá Sol y Nieve offers them. From welcome courtesies and details in the room or suite, to the comforts of the most exclusive and private facilities. At The Level everything is more. We added dinner (as it was inexpensive) and the offering was really good. we felt that everyone could choose something to their liking. SKi locker room was close to the lifts.

SpainThe location of the hotel is perfect, in the middle of the plaza in Pradollano. Every room has a locker downstairs, so you can put the skiing materials there overnight. It is a couple of minutes walk to the cable cars up to the mountain. The rooms are a bit dated but functional. Same goes for the gym. The breakfast has plenty of variety. The spa is very large and not too crowded. Parking at around €25 per day, similar to public parkings nearby but with direct access to the hotel.

Please note there is an additional charge for use of the spa which includes: a hydrothermal circuit with swimming pool, oxygenating and stimulating areas, hot tubs, sauna, steam bath as well as hydrotherapy showers, and a foot bath.
Guests must wear flip flops and swimming caps to enter the spa. Flip flops and caps are not included and must be paid separately.
Please note children 16 years or younger can access the children's spa when accompanied by an adult. Access to the children's spa is free for all guests.
When booking half-board and full board, please note that drinks are not included.
