Magnificent design villa of 1,200 m2 to enjoy with your family and friends your garden with barbecue, kiosk-bar and large pool, in a quiet place just 5 km from the center of Granada. Its location next to Monachil places it 10 minutes from the Alhambra and the Nevada Shopping Center. Only 5 minutes from the chalet is the Sierra Nevada Natural Park for hiking, climbing and cycling. The Villa is 20 minutes from the Sierra Nevada Ski Resort and 40 minutes from the beach. The house has high speed Wifi Network in all rooms including gardens and pool area. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 2 kitchens, and can accommodate 11 people with the possibility of extending up to 15 people. The rooms are equipped with television, independent air conditioning (hot / cold), as well as a stock of pillows of different firmness, sheets, blankets and bath towels. We also have 2 rooms with a fireplace of 60m2 each, with 52-inch television, video game console, pool table and multiple table games. In the garden we have barbecue, picnic area, pool, porch and children's entertainment area of ​​300m2.

La Villa se encuentra en el Barrio de Monachil, en la Urbanización de grandes chalets de Colinas Bermejas. La casa está en el epicentro de todos los lugares de mayor interés a visitar en Granada, a tan solo 10 minutos e la Alhambra y del centro de la ciudad, a 5 minutos del Hospital de Granada, del mayor Centro Comercial de Andalucía, y del Parque Natural de Sierra Nevada. La Estación de Esquí está a 20 minutos y la playa a 40 minutos de la casa. El Barrio cuenta con restaurantes, supermercados, cafeterías y farmacias. La Villa está situada en una urbanización de chalets consolidada bien comunicada, a 10 metros de la casa un minibús de la urbanización conecta ésta con la red de transporte de autobuses metropolitano de Granada.
