Welcome to Oasis de Costalita I and make yourself at home! We rent our beautiful apartment whenever we are not able to spend some relaxing days here ourselves. Direct entrance to the sea, 100m walk to the beach. Beautiful kept gardens with multi-level swimming pools, fitness room and a pavilion pool bar. Gated and secured community, intercom system. Fourth floor apartment with individual underground parking place includes lift access. Newly refurbished 92m² apartment including mattresses is furnished to high standard with air-conditioning/heating in all rooms including kitchen. The spacious living room offers a comfortable twin sofa bed, a chest and dining furniture. Enjoy Internet TV with Netflix/Amazon Prime App and a Radio/Bluetooth speaker. Two good size bedrooms with plenty of storage space, full bathrooms and one safe. The fully fitted kitchen has an oven and 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a fridge/freezer, microwave oven, caps coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and ample storage cupboards with all new cooking and dining utensils. A washing machine, iron with board and vacuum cleaner are available as well. The balcony has a rollout sunshade and dining furniture.
There are 3 beach restaurants within walking distance along the sea shore: Paderna - 5 min., Pepe's Beach - 10 min and Baracca - 10 min. Iberostar 4**** hotel and Paderna 5***** beach and tennis clubs with their infrastructure and entertainment programs are within few steps away. Mercadona and Lidl food Supermarkets, ATM, Pharmacy, Bricorama and a Chinese Household Supermarket are within 15-20 min walking distance. There are also some restaurants of international cuisine including Indian, Chinese, Japan, Italian and Mexican on the both sides of the autovia. Kite-surfing courses are about 600 m along the beach, Horse-riding center is within 15 min walking. Flamingo golf club is 10 min drive. Within 10 min drive there is famous Selwo Aventura - a unique animal, nature and adventure park. Puerto Banús and Marbella are 10-15 min drive. Malaga Airport is 50 min drive.
