Welcome to our spacious, sunny fully equipped apartment, located in the beautiful gated condominium Sunset Golf with pool, and a wonderful panoramic ocean view! This spacious, newly furnished, apartment of 100 m2, has two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two bathrooms (one en suite), a fully equipped kitchen, and a large and bright living room that connects to the terrace. The 30m2 terrace faces south/south-west, which means sun for much of the day, with spectacular views of the sea, Africa and Gibraltar! The main bedroom has a Queen Size bed of 160X200, and has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds of 90X200. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning. with immediate cooling and heating function, for a pleasant stay in all four seasons! The kitchen is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, juicer, three different coffee machines (electric drip, Moka Pot and Nescafé Dolce Gusto), along with all the necessary crockery. Also included, a private parking space in the underground car park.
I have lived in five countries, and travelled to many more .. yet only few places have the same magic as the Costa del Sol! :) Please feel free to ask any questions related to the apartment and its surroundings, that offer such a great variety of activities, restaurants and cultural events, in and around Marbella!
