Fully renovated 2 bedroom, first floor apartment with open plan living/dining area, 1 bathroom and large balcony, in the very popular Parque Santiago 1 complex in Las Américas, Tenerife. The complex has an excellent community pool for adults and a separate smaller pool for children. Main bedroom boasts a comfortable king-sized bed, wardrobe and bedside furniture for extra storage. Second bedroom is complete with 2 single beds, bedside furniture and direct access to the balcony. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 people. Modern decor and a large L couch and 65" Smart TV for watching your favourite programmes/channels after a day at the pool or beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Extras include a toaster, kettle and coffee machine to make you feel right at home. The extra large balcony is complete with furniture perfect for you to enjoy the final hours before the sun goes down, reading your book or enjoying a nice coffee or glass of vino. The bathroom is complete with an easy to use, walk in shower and washing machine.
A young Scottish/Spanish couple who is renting out their fully renovated apartment in Las Américas, Tenerife to holiday-makers. We can't wait for you to enjoy our apartment as much as we do! We enjoy music, dancing, travelling and surfing. We speak English, Spanish and French.
Located 20 minutes from Tenerife Sur airport. The apartment is just 5 minutes walk from Playa de las Américas and Playa del Camisón, and a few minutes walk from the beautiful OA Beach Club, Metropolis Café and El Conquistador Surf Spot. If you fancy some shopping, it's also perfectly located for access to the Safari Shopping Centre, and other independent stores including surf and clothing such as Zara and Bershka. There is plenty to see and do in the area. For nightlife, there is a variety of bars, restaurants and nightclubs in walking distance. Papagayo Beach Club and Monkey Beach are favourites for cocktails. If you like to walk a little further, then you could head to Adeje or Los Cristianos for a change of scenery. If you're looking for day trips and fun for your family, there's Siam Park (waterpark), Siam Mall, Aqualand, Loro Parque and an array of surf schools if you fancy taking some lessons.
