Surrounded by volcano and tranquility, you can also enjoy the 9x4 m pool of depth 1.50 m. max. and views of the surrounding mountains. Well located and close to the volcanoes of the area of La geria, wineries, vineyards, cuisine and much more. Perfect for a relaxing and recharging escape, its also nearby to everything you need in the town of Tías. Very easy to move around and enjoy Lanzarote. The apartment is next to the owners house but it is totally independent. It consists of everything on the same floor type studio with double bed and safe, overlooking the Tegoyo volcano, you have a super pool-jameo, terrace for sunbathing, barbecue in the garden and terrace furniture. The interior is very practical and has everything for a quiet holiday, if you want to disconnect from everything and enjoy the nature and sun of Lanzarote, this is your house in Lanzarote.
