The apartments are situated in a lively downtown neighbourhood, first building line at the beach, with partial sea-views and terrace but without having much noice. The living areas, with south- oriented terrace (equipped with quality garden furniture), have american kitchens and salon with smart television , heater and fan. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer , coffee maker, etc. Its exceptional to find new and modern apartments in the city center of Marbella. Beautifully kept city gardens, seasonal swimming pools and solarium. The property is protected with secured gates for a safe environment for children and parents. The property has no parking but there are 2 affordable public parkings in less than 100meters walking distance!

As property owner (half Belgian, half French) I am happy to invite you in the apartments where I stay personally during my monthly visits. Being an avid worldwide traveller I still enjoy my regular stays in Marbella because its a unique place in Europe. Best possible climate - Authentical Spanish (Andalusian) and very international at the same time.

The apartment is located downtown Marbella - at it's finest beach 'Playa Fontanilla'. With the boardwalk at your doorstep and the central boulevard (Av.Soriano) at the back, there's really no need for a car! Numerous shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms & yoga schools are just around the corner. The neighbourhoud itself however has a residential feeling and is very quiet. Only a 10minutes stroll to the ever romantic old town (Casco Antiguo).
