Charming beachfront penthouse where you can enjoy the sunsets and the sound of the ocean. Just a few steps from the stunning beach of Las Teresitas. Located in the picturesque fishing village of San Andrés, very close to black sand beaches and the Natural Park of Anaga. Recently refurbished, lovingly decorated, with Wifi fibre internet, Smart TV, air conditioning and a large terrace where you can enjoy the sunset. This property has all the ingredients for a unique holiday. It is a very cosy and bright penthouse, ideal for families and couples as it has capacity for 4 people, with two pleasant bedrooms, a bright living room, connected to a large terrace with sea views, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, Internet Wifi and air conditioning. Strategically located in the village of San Andrés, a few steps from the beach, ideal for lovers of hiking, the sea and local gastronomy. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, Smart TV in the living room and bedroom, washer/dryer, hairdryer, bed linen, shower towels, Wifi Internet, air conditioning, and a cot and high chair (subject to availability). On the terrace there are sun loungers for sunbathing and enjoying the views. The flat is on the fourth floor without lift. Located in front of a bus stop and very close to supermarkets and restaurants.

A coastal town within the capital of Tenerife, San Andrés occupies a wide valley on the southern slope of the Anaga valley. Considered one of the first settlements of the island, its location on the leeward side of the Anaga massif has characterized its climate and, with it, its biodiversity. Open to the ocean and with its own physiognomy thanks to its maritime tradition, San Andrés offers hiking lovers a pleasant place from which to approach the monumental Anaga complex and to stay close to the capital, without giving up the desired tranquility. Lovers of hiking and maritime sports will find in San Andrés a good alternative to know closely the culture of Tenerife and the magic of its landscapes. Its proximity to the beach of Las Teresitas one of the most emblematic of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
