Property information

The Sancho el Sabio Apartment is very spacious as it has 5 bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It is totally exterior which makes it very bright. It is located in the Amara neighborhood that borders the Center, which makes it very well located since it is 15 minutes from Playa de la Concha. Right next to the apartment there are very good grocery stores and other shops.

Neighbourhood information

Amara is a neighborhood with places to walk and parks to rest. One of the most pleasant areas is the Paseo along the Urumea. Stroll along the river, under the trees, until you reach Plaza Easo. Here you can sit down to rest in the shade or have a snack on one of the surrounding terraces. It is not uncommon for you to find some activity as it is a place with a lot of atmosphere. Continuing along the same street, you reach the Center, a very elegant area with traditional buildings that lead to La Concha beach. In this area you will find most of the shops, local markets and historical monuments. In addition, the streets surrounding the apartment are known for their gastronomy with many quality local restaurants and pintxo bars.
