The apartment has excellent West facing sea views to Puerto Banus, Gibraltar and Africa. Also garden and pool views. This lovely apartment has accommodation comprising; Spacious lounge / dining room with flat screen TV, sofa bed and doors to the terrace with exterior table and chairs and sea views. Open-plan fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, hob & microwave. Stairs up to the bedroom with twin beds. Separate fully tiled bathroom with a shower over the bath. Hot & cold air conditioning throughout and its own wifi. 🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely. ❄ Private A/C in the bedroom and the living room. 🏊‍♀️ Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of three euros per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis. 🔑 Main reception open 24/7 to accommodate late arrivals. ☕ Cafeteria open seasonally, with direct access to the promenade from the community gardens. 🛌 Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest included in the rental price.
