Rustic 16th century house with private pool and sea views welcomes 6 guests in Esporles. You will not only be able to take a refreshing dip in the private pool but also admire the views of the sea and the nature that surrounds this magnificent estate. The pool is chlorine and measures 11 x 8 m with a depth of 0.5 to 1.9 m. Next to it several deckchairs to sunbathe or protect yourself from it under the umbrella, as well as several tables. Another table next to the house and under the awning. The property is fenced and maintenance staff live in the house next door. The property is a 16th century house that has been restored. It has 250 m2 divided into two floors. From the outside terrace we enter the original kitchen that will transport you to times gone by with its stone sink, original tiles and also the pantry cupboard. It also has a gas cooker and a small table with chairs, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. From it we enter a formal dining room with very well-preserved rustic furniture and space for 6 diners. From the dining room we access the patio or distributor from which we can enter the other part of the house where the living room is. Like the rest of the house, it has incredible details and antique furniture, and has a fireplace to warm you up on the coldest days. From the living room we went up the stairs where you will find a small lounge where you can watch TV, with access to another terrace and access to the bedrooms. The first has two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The second has two single beds and the third has a double bed. All have wardrobes and a fan for warmer nights. The house has another bathroom with a bathtub to serve the rest of the house. The house also has central heating for the winter months. and if you travel with a baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair.

The house is located in the municipality of Esporles, and is ideal for walks and excursions to visit other beautiful nearby villages and places such as Puigpunynet, Puig de Galtazo, Establiments.... It is at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range where the triangle formed by Soller, Deià and Valldemossa is a must to visit. The nearest beach is Palma, only 18 km away, and if you like golf, the nearest golf course is 15 km away. In the charming village you will find the basic services for an independent stay. The maintenance staff of the property lives in the adjacent house.
