Beautiful house with great architectural beauty with garden and big private swimming pool, ping pong, Barbecue, Jacuzzi and Wifi, located in full nature next to the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana, World Heritage Site. This house has 350m2 and it is near Alaró village. It has the stamp of quality number 1447 from the Government of the Balearic Islands. Very quiet place. There is wifi, air conditioning and heating not included in the price.
Soy la hija de Lorenzo, que siempre ha llevado este turismo rural y yo siempre le he ayudado. Ahora por circunstancias lo llevo solo yo y sigo igual con su linea. Me gusta cuidar todos los detalles para mis clientes. Quiero que la gente se sienta a gusto en mi casa y por ello me esfuerzo al máximo en mejorar todo lo que puedo. Intento ayudar a los clientes siempre que me necesitan. I am at the house when the client arrives. I give him the keys and then I leave and I don't stay at the house during the client's stay except in high season on Saturdays that we clean the house in the morning. If the client needs anything, of course I try to solve the problem immediately and at any time. It is possible that we make some work at the trees of the finca some day that there is some client. But never inside the house, far from the house, only at the trees. Of course we ask first to the clients if it is ok that day for them.
It is a very quiet place, but it is not isolated either so if you need something for some neighbour there are some nearby. The house is located in a gastronomic area and wine culture. There are several wineries nearby, there are trails for biking, horseback riding for horse lovers and several more activities. We advise guests of everything they need for them, whatever they ask us to help them to make their trip easier. If you have a car, it is ideal to move around the island, but at only 5-minute walk from the house there is a train stop called "Consell-Alaró" that runs every 30 minutes to Palma in 15-20 minutes and to Inca in 10min or less. This train makes no noise. In the house there is silence and tranquility.
