Stay Barcelona Apartments is a company founded with the purpose of providing holiday apartments in Spain and flats for long-term stays in Barcelona. Over time, we have been developing our business and now we can offer as well apartments in Mallorca, Ibiza and Costa Brava.

Duplex Gracia is one of our most charming apartments. One of its main features is its location as it is located in the neighborhood of Villa de Gracia, part of the famous district of Gracia. It is only 30 minutes walking from here to the main attractions of Barcelona, such as Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, Las Ramblas or Plaza Catalunya. It is only 10 minutes walking to Casa Batlló and La Pedrera de Gaudí and less than 5 minutes from the shopping streets of the neighborhood.

It is a great fortune to live in Gracia for a real traveler, because there are no endless crowds of tourists. It is a true Catalan neighborhood where traditions and the authentic atmosphere of Barcelona are still preserved. Anyway, it is very easy to reachthe centre of the city: the apartment is very close to SagradaFamilia, Park Guell and it is only 5 minutes by bike or metro from Passeig de Gracia, where the tourist area begins. But you’ll have plenty of time to see the main attractions, it is better to stay a bit in Gracia, because it's worth it! Start your day in one of the cafes that serves fresh coffee and pastries, after get lost on the winding streets of this amazing quarter. For lunch go to the Plaçadel Sol and feel free to choose any of the restaurants there, and be sure to order home-made vermouth before your meal, this drink is very popular among the locals. During the evening you can explore the local bar culture and feel on your skin the hospitality of the Catalans. If you are lucky, you can run up against one of the local holidays or festivals that usually take place here throughout the year, for example Gracia Festival in August or Calçotada in late winter.
