Stunning newly renovated penthouse apartment (attic) on the 7th floor with breathtaking sea views overlooking Estepona's marina (Puerto Deportivo), Gibraltar and on clear days Africa!
Apartment has a total of 4 bedrooms with generous closet space and 2 full bathrooms: primary bedroom offers a king-size bed with ensuite bathroom and balcony. Second bedroom comes with two single beds. Third bedroom has a bunkbed. Fourth bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a small balcony.
Furthermore, the apartment has a nice modern feel (LED lights in kitchen and bathrooms) and features a spacious open living room-kitchen concept with a large kitchen island with bar stools and a large 8 persons dining table, ideal to comfortably host your large party of people!
We are Danielle and Rodny, European natives from the Netherlands and Spain. We speak Dutch, English and Spanish.
Super convenient location: located next to two supermarkets and walking distance to many restaurants and bars at the Puerto Deportivo (2 mins walk) and Estepona boardwalk (10 mins walk), and near two beaches, Playa del Cristo (child friendly beach) and Playa de la Rada, what makes this the ideal vacation spot!
For those who like to swim in a swimming pool there are many clubs and hotels nearby that offers day passes. For a great budget friendly option we recommend Estepona’s public pool Piscina Municipal Santo Tomás, which offers two large pools, and a large grassy area with trees and umbrellas.
Also try the many water parks in the area!
