The refurbishment of this building belonging to the old complex of the Atarazanas of Seville, which date back to the 13th-9th centuries, will be completed in 2019. They housed the factories of the Crown's shipbuilding industry. Since then, the structure of the building has remained intact, although its function has changed, and during the last century of its activity it became the Blacksmith's Shop of the Maestranza of Seville, which gives its name to these flats. The refurbishment maintained original elements such as the brick walls and arches, integrating perfectly with large windows and creating a harmonious structure. The building offers 5 flats for 2 to 8 people, spacious and bright, with lift and communal roof terrace with shower and relax area. The decoration has been carefully designed with the comfort of guests of all ages in mind. In addition to access to the communal roof terrace, some flats have a patio or private terrace, ideal for taking advantage of the Seville climate. Access is by means of security codes, a detail that allows the client to forget about keys, especially in the case of large families.
