The space is divided in: - 3 bedrooms - 3 bathroom The building has intercom. The apartment is located on a first floor with no elevator. The flat is ideal for 6 people, nevertheless, this Minty Stay apartment can host up to 8 guests, including its sofa-bed. Main bedroom has a double bed & an ensuite bathroom with shower plate, whereas the rest of the bedrooms have two individual beds each. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first stayover night. The house has an american kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves, dishwasher, vitroceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and washing machine. You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a two sofas and flatscreen TV. There is a split heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you can use that same split as AC equipment. WiFi connection is also installed. Before major development in the latter half of the 20th Century, this was one of the few standing structures in the area. The neighborhood is known for its wide, straight avenues - which is distinct in the city’s windy, narrow streets. Some major attractions here are: Parque de los Príncipes, Puente de San Telmo, Museo de Carruajes, Los Remedios' tower and Cuba Square. This neighborhood is full of clothes boutiques, great restaurants and riverside sport activities. The area comes alive during Feria de Abril, which takes place in the fairground nearby. The Seville Airport is easy to access by taxi (30 min) or bus (1 hour).
