Coming from The Netherlands, I have been visiting Andalusia very frequently for over 18 years. Every time I'm stunned by her beauty, the delicious food and the friendly people. My husband Steven and I fell in love with Málaga in oktober 2017. We decided to do something a little bit crazy and we bought an apartment in Málaga City Center. With a lot of time, money, effort and love, we fully renovated the apartment in to what it is today. He speaks English and Spanish. He can arrange things you need in the apartment prior your arrival or during you stay for little extra costs (groceries, additional cleaning or change of linen, etcetera). Málaga is a surprising city with many faces. A beautiful car-free historic center with beautiful buildings and very nice shops. There are nice restaurants everywhere. It is the birthplace of Pablo Picasso and has many museums and sights. The Alcazaba, the Roman theater and the Cathedral are well worth a visit. There is a beautiful marina and of course wonderful beaches! The apartment is located in the El Molinillo district. This district is part of the center of Málaga. It is a lively neighborhood with near the apartment two bakeries, a large supermarket and a vegetable shop. At the neighborhood restaurant Los Caracolles (around the corner) you eat a tasty breakfast or lunch for little money. Mercado de Salamanca is also close by. This is a 100-year-old market hall where the locals get their daily fresh goods, such as vegetables and fish. Transport: From the airport you can get to the apartment by car, taxi, bus or train. Your own (rental) car in a private parking space in the garage below the apartment gives you many more possibilities to explore Andalusia.
