Travel Habitat Port Valencia will be your ideal starting point to enjoy a pleasant walk along Las Arenas beach, the color and tradition of the Mercado del Cabanyal, or the history and current affairs of the center of Valencia. Whether you come to spend your summer holidays, Christmas, or even a getaway, Travel Habitat Port Valencia will not disappoint you. Located 15 minutes walk from the three beaches of Valencia, linked by a promenade lined with palm trees. The surrounding streets attract summer visitors with their souvenir shops, cafes, laid-back restaurants, and bars and clubs open at night. Inside the neighborhood there is the traditional Cabanyal food market. This unique building from the early twentieth century has five houses, one per floor, which can only be accessed by stairs.

The apartments are located in the Cabanyal neighborhood. The architecture of this neighborhood is protected by its characteristics that make it unique. On the facades of houses and buildings you can see a historical representation of Valencian ceramics. It is located opposite the Valencia shipyards (13th century), now converted into a cultural and museum space in the city that houses exhibitions and fairs, it is a unique space where you can enjoy family, gastronomic and recreational activities. The Maritim-Serreria Metro station is 800 meters away, from which you can reach the city center in 15 minutes and the airport in 40.
