Property info

Please note that a damage deposit of 200 euros must be paid, ideally by PayPal (especially if you come from a non EU country), within 5 days before the arrival date. In case you don't have PayPal, there are also other options: by bank transfer within the 5 days prior arrival or by credit card on arrival day. It will be refunded within 5 days after check-out, always if there isn't any damage to the property. The check-in could be from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. and the check-out from 9 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., unless there is no other guest leaving / arriving on the same day. For a Check-in after 8 p.m. an extra charge of 50 euros must be paid. Spacious apartment recently renovated, with 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds), living room with sofa bed and TV, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower and washing machine, large 15 m2 terrace with partial views of the beach. The Compostela Beach complex has several swimming pools, garden areas, children's play areas, bars and restaurants. The apartment is well located in the heart of Playa de Las Americas, at the beginning of the Golden Mile next to Las Vistas beach. Ideal for those who want to enjoy all the comforts of the best tourist area in the south of Tenerife without needing a car.
