Property information

Detached extended 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom villa with with private pool. The property is inland but well positioned as base to travel round the locality. The village of Balsicas, La Tercia, Succina, San Cayetano are within 10min drive. Los Alcazarez, San Javier Santiago De la Ribera are about 20 mins away from the urbanisation. Car Hire is highly recommended.

The property is 5 mins walk from New Sierra Golf course. There ae two bars on the urbanisation and few restaurants in he neighbourhood. Los ALCAZARES is about 15-20min away as is the Mar Menor
