This is the most luxurious apartment in Pontevedra, located in the emblematic Praza da  Verdura, the most dynamic and entertaining square in the city, where you´ll find bars and restaurants full of local people and friendly and quiet atmosphere. The apartment has been refurbished in May 2018, with high quality materials and nice and modern design. It is located on the first floor and there is NO ELEVATOR.,There´re two queen bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en suite) Open style kitchen and living room with everything you need to spend a pleasant evening with friends or family, cooking or simply having wine at the bar.
My name is Alex, I serve as an architect and run a small company branded as ArchSense Apartments dedicated to personalized management of properties for vacation rentals and monthly lease in Catalonia and Galicia.
