The villa also has fully fitted wardrobe space, a safe, air conditioning and heating throughout with private parking space and can sleep up to 4 person, consisting of two bedrooms. This villa is located in the perfect area for both beach and amenities. Within an easy couple of minutes walk is the San Pedro beachfront with ample restaurants and bars. The town of San Pedro is located also just a couple of minutes away where you can enjoy the new Boulavard, play areas and restaurants. The supermarket is also close by. A car is not necessary here. San Pedro is a very comfortable walk from the villa. An ancient farming community, famous for growing sugar cane, today San Pedro is unspoilt and still traditionally Spanish. The main street of San Pedro is Marques del Duero, which boasts many banks and shops, including a pedestrianized street, where you can find ice cream stalls and small bars. San Pedro is home to various fiestas, but the main one is the fair in October. The streets are lined with fairground stalls and rides. The beach front of San Pedro is a very short walk from the villa where you can find many beach bars and restaurants. San Pedro is also home to a market, held every Thursday. You will find fruit and veg, along with a lot of tradition!
