Recently built rural villa, located in the peaceful countryside, yet at a just short drive from Jesus, Ibiza-town and Santa Eulalia. The villa is one-storey. It has entrance hall, spacious living room with dining area with big table and sitting area with sofas, Tv and fire-place, both with direct access outdoor, to the pool area. The house also has spacious modern kitchen of open type with fire-place and dining area. It is fully-equipped kitchen and has direct access outside to the barbecue area. Next to the kitchen there is a pantry with laundry area. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is very spacious, it has double bed, dressing room, en-suite bathroom both with shower and tub and direct access to the pool area. The other two bedrooms (one double and one twin) share a bathroom. The villa is set on the fenced plot of 16000 sq.m., with electric car gate. It has spacious parking area, garden, 12 x 4 swimming pool with sun terrace wth sun beds and umbrellas, furnished chill-out area, covered porch terrace with big table used as al fresco dining room, outdoor barbecue area with charcoal bbq, sink, dining table, etc.

The house is located in the quiet rural area at 4 km from Jesús, where there are cafes, supermarkets, banks, restaurants and other services. Talamanca Beach is 6 km away. Santa Eulalia and Ibiza are 8 km from the house. The Ibiza Golf Course is 4 km away.
