This luxury modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with UK TV + Free Wi-Fi has a large South facing balcony looking out to the pool & Noria golf course. Both bedrooms open on to the large balcony it has a fully fitted modern kitchen including fridge freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and dishwasher plus a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Air conditioning/heating is provided free of charge. This is a private, secure gated development with an outdoor pool and separate children's pool within sub-tropical gardens. There is also access to the communal paddle tennis court. The apartment is serviced by a lift & ideal for disabled access, there is also private underground parking as well as ample ground level secure parking.
The apartment belongs to a family from Cheshire, England who bought in December 2016. We have 2 children so the set up is perfect for families or 4 guests Our local management company, LCS Management are on hand to support you throughout your stay. Optional extras available at this property. 1. Airport Taxi Transfer - Pay driver directly. If you reserve your airport taxi(s) via us, the driver will have the property keys. Airport to La Cala taxi is around forty five euros. Please pay the driver directly. We only order the official licensed Spanish Mijas Taxi Company for you. (Max 4 in a taxi by law in Spain including toddlers). The Taxi driver(s) will be holding a card displaying your name as you enter the arrivals exit area. If you require a taxi for your return, please book it direct with the driver or via LCS office giving at least 48 hours notice. 2. Cot Hire - fourteen pounds / week - Cot linen not included. please bring your own cot linen. 3. High Chair - seven pounds / week
The apartment is a 5-10 minute flat walk to Noria golf course, the centre of La Cala and the beach. All local amenities are close by in easy walking distance - shops, supermarkets (Aldi 2 minutes), bars, restaurants, hairdressers, banks, doctors, chemist, local Wednesday & Saturday market, buses to Fuengirola & Marbella & taxi rank. La Cala is an unspoilt fishing village with plenty of fantastic restaurants and bars. There is no shortage of golf courses in easy reach and the local course Noria, is adjacent to the property.
