Come and discover Alma, located in Lyon's 6th arrondissement. A splendid 64 square meter T3, tastefully decorated, with high ceilings, exposed beams and a decorative fireplace, all nestled on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Please note that this apartment is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights). The apartment is composed as follows: - Two distinct areas: on the left after the entrance, you'll find the living room, kitchen and bathroom, and on the right the night area with two bedrooms. - An area overlooking Rue Molière, with a spacious living room and Togo sofas, perfect for an evening of television. A large dining table seating 6. A fully-equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, etc.), with a washer/dryer. Three high chairs, bar-style, for enjoying aperitifs or meals high up with a view of the kitchen. - The bathroom has a bathtub and washbasin, with a small storage cupboard, and a toilet. - The night area : Two bedrooms with 160*200 beds, one with a large walk-in closet. Both overlook the inner courtyard. Other comments : - Free WiFi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels included. Carpets and tea towels are also provided, and beds are made up on arrival. - To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few welcome products (coffee, tea, salt, pepper, olive oil). - This place can accommodate up to 3 people. - Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure. An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure. To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease). To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
