In the heart of the Colombier shopping district, just a stone's throw from Place du Général de Gaulle (museum, cinema, concert) and the train station, Cocoonr offers you the opportunity to stay in this beautiful 3-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people. On the 10th floor of this building, this 100m2 apartment with private parking has been completely redecorated, combining modern comforts with charming antique furniture, creating a warm, comfortable atmosphere. You enter the apartment via the large main room and its semi-open, fully-equipped kitchen, which has all the equipment you need for your short- or long-term stay: vitro hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso machine... The washing machine is also located in this area. Slightly overlooking the kitchen is a dining table for 6, and the large living room with its plush sofa facing a big screen TV with a wide range of channels, and a games console for young and old. A small balcony completes the space, with a table for morning coffee on sunny days. To access the night area, you pass a shower room with a very contemporary look mixing industrial and white marble decor, featuring a shower and bathtub and a central double sink. A corridor leads to the three bedrooms, all equipped with wall-mounted TVs and large closets. The first, with its contemporary Magnolias print at the head of the bed, has a 160cm queen-size bed and access to the balcony. The next, in very soft colors, has two 90cm single beds, and the third, floral and turquoise, has a 160cm queen-size bed, a small boudoir-style bench and a small schoolboy-style desk.
