This beautiful apartment, completely renovated, is located in the Port Richelieu 4 residence, in the heart of the port centre. Its location on the third floor (elevator) allows it to have a beautiful unobstructed view of the residence's swimming pool and the port. It includes a pleasant living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a lounge-dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, a cabin with two bunk beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Everything opens onto a spacious balcony where it is pleasant to take your meals and relax in peace. The residence is certainly in the center of the port but it does not suffer from noise pollution, slightly set back from the quays where there are shops, restaurants, bars, nautical activities and various activities. For more comfort, the accommodation is air-conditioned and benefits from a private parking space. Its layout, its location, the swimming pool in the residence make this property a perfect rental for family holidays.
