Apartment of character, in town, with apparent stones, close to any facilities. Passenger trains go up to the rear of the building to serve the SNCF train station located 200 m. As the apartment is on the ground floor, the passage of trains is not a problem. trains stop between 22:30 and midnight, the train station is closed at night. This is my private apartment, with my personal belongings, as you can see in the pictures. I am often away and my apartment is entirely for you during your stay. Renovation of the building in 2019 (facade, roof and interior) 2 bedrooms with double beds. one is suspended in mezzanine, accessible by a secured ladder. Living room equipped kitchen: hood connected to the outside, TV, wifi, sofa, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, crockery, kitchen utensils, fridge freezer. Beautiful small shower room, two basins, large Jet Balneo shower. 150 m from the future city of gastronomy and the historic center on foot or by tram. Ideal for a weekend getaway or family or even as a base for your travel professionals.
Trader Restaurateur Dijonnais. Rather than leaving my apartment vacant, both make it available to come visit our beautiful city, or as a place of withdrawal for your hard weeks of travel for work, since the apartment has an office and wifi.
200 meters away, Botanical Garden of the Arquebuse of Dijon, is a municipal botanical garden created in 1833 in Dijon, rich in around 3,500 species of botanical plants from Burgundy and around the world, spread over more than 5 hectares with public garden , arboretum, rose garden, natural history museum and planetarium. 300 meters away, the port of the Dijon canal is a former 19th century commercial river port on the Burgundy canal, which has become a marina in Dijon in Côte-d'Or in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. 150 meters away, the International City of Gastronomy and Wine. There is also a Pathé cinema 200m from the train station and a cinema just opposite.
