It also has a living room of 26.50m2 with a fitted kitchen open to the living area with a sofa that converts into a 2-seater bed and flat screen TV. You will also enjoy a balcony of approximately 17m2 with garden furniture and a private parking space. Shops and restaurants 50m away, beach in front of the residence. At your disposal free of charge, a private parking space allowing you to put one vehicle per apartment. Please note that there are no visitor places available.
