The 70 m² flat, on the ground floor, is part of a châlet located in a charming area in Trévignin, near Aix-les-Bains, with a magnificent view on the mountains. It is the perfect place for a family holiday. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a toilet and can accommodate up to 6 people. The accommodation is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is a shared outdoor area with a large heated swimming pool with sun loungers (open from June to mid-September and subject to weather conditions), a garden, an outdoor terrace, a covered terrace, a badminton court, a barbecue, a bread oven and bicycles available.... 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. Air conditioning is not currently available. Wi-Fi allows video calls. Reasonable parties and groups are allowed. The owner Raphael lives on the 1st floor of the châlet and will be present to hand over the keys. He can advise you on the organisation of your leisure activities. In the summer, Raphaël also organises weekly climbing courses for children and adults as well as swimming lessons. Maximum number of Pets: 2.
