We propose to you to the rent, in Gradignan, this charming house of lime pit foot of a surface of 95 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 24 m², equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 000 m². We are waiting for you! The housing is composed as follows: - A living room of 24 m² with sofa, TV, Wifi (optical fiber) and a dining area - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates (gas). Night area: - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190) - Room 3: two single beds, sheets and towels included - A bathroom with bathtub - A separate toilet For more comfort : barbecue, washing machine, fan, iron. Only one pet is allowed per stay. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
