Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of Vannes, located near the port, this charming apartment of a surface of 45 m ², exposed East and being able to accomodate 2 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony to enjoy a meal outside. Wifi (optical fiber), free parking, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 25 m², sofa, armchairs, TV and dining area. - A kitchen equipped with microwave oven, fridge, hood, hotplates, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle... - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200). - A bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet Outside : - A covered balcony of about 3 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Other remarks : - Following numerous abuses, the use of the washing machine is included in the rental for any stay of 7 nights or more. For any stay of less than 7 nights, the use will be charged on demand. - Sheets and towels included. - Free Wifi available (optical fiber). - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - A cellar is available to store bikes for example. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - At your disposal: baby bed, bathtub and potty for baby. - Books are available in the apartment - For stays of more than 14 nights, an additional cleaning will be charged 55 euros.
