Explore the heart of the Arcachon Bay by bike An architect's house in the village of Teich, with very spacious rooms: this 1000 m2 property is classified as a 4-star holiday rental. The house is 3 km from the oyster-farming ports of Gujan-Mestras, and 13 km from the beaches of Arcachon. Free use of 6 bikes. No cleaning fees at end of stay. It is a single storey, bright and modern house, with a floor space of 135 m2. A very large through lounge. It comfortably accommodates 4 people (2 bedrooms, 2 160x200 beds, 1 60X120 cot, 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers and 2 WCs). WIFI CANAL + PRIME VIDEO NETFLIX The south-facing terrace is equipped with 4 deckchairs and parasols. There is a charcoal barbecue. All linens are provided (bed sheets, towels and beach towels) There is a bed (60X120), a chair, a changing table, a deckchair, an all-terrain stroller and a large baby bath. Badminton set and Nordic lawn bowling set. Board games: Chess, Trivial Pursuit, Scrabble, Cluedo, Monopoly, 7 Wonders, Tarot, box of traditional games, cards and Rubik's cube.
The house is at the foot of cycle paths which allow you access to beaches and shops. Free provision of 6 adult and children bikes, 2 baby seats for bikes, and child and adult helmets for safety. We also have all necessary baby equipment (bed, changing table, stroller, etc...)
