Cocoonr agency invites you to come and stay in this splendid Nantes apartment located on the 5ᵉ floor of a high-end condominium on the banks of the Erdre. Recent apartment in a quiet, family-friendly building. You will be seduced by its space, layout and decoration. Please note that this apartment is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum). The apartment is composed as follows - An entrance hall leading to a vast living room opening onto a huge terrace overlooking the Erdre river. - A well-equipped semi-open kitchen: oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine. - A living room with sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV with internet connection and dining table. - One bedroom with Queen-size bed (160x200), fitted closets and en-suite shower room. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided, and the bed will be made up on arrival. - The WC is located in the shower room. Upstairs, you'll enjoy a large office area and a comfortable sofa for relaxing. Plus: secure, covered underground parking. Other remarks : - Charges are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure. - An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure. - To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease). - To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents). - Unfortunately, we cannot give you access to the property unless you sign a formal contract. - This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or the various rental platforms.

Neighbourhood : Enjoy the bucolic setting of the banks of the Erdre with immediate proximity to the Ile de Versailles and its pretty Japanese garden. By staying at Le Fil de l'Erdre, you benefit from a privileged location. You can walk to the city centre in 10/15 minutes. Once in the city centre, you can stroll around and discover the many shops on Rue Crébillon or admire the majestic Opera House on Place Graslin. You could also choose to visit the Natural History Museum or explore the Cours Cambronne .
