The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency proposes you to rent, in Grosseto-Prugna, this charming air-conditioned house with sea view, with mountain view, with swimming pool, of a surface of 30 m² and which can accomodate up to 4 travellers. It comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom. The accommodation comprises - An 18 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed... - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower - A separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A shared heated swimming pool (8mx12m), open from early May to early October. Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
