ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: - Your property manager Fanny will be at your service during your stay. - Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. They are available at a cost of 23 euros per person (beds made before your arrival). - We accept pets (on request). A supplement may be required. - The 700-euro deposit is non-refundable. Our secure deposit system (Swikly) makes a simple imprint of your credit card. - Cleaning must be done by the tenant at the end of the stay. A mandatory "interim cleaning" fee of 50 euros is charged at the time of booking and covers disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. For those who don't want to think about cleaning before their departure, we also offer a complete cleaning package for 125 euros. - Tourist tax is payable on site by check or cash.
