In Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, we offer you this charming 53 m² chalet with mountain views, which can comfortably accommodate 4 travelers. It features a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 500 m² garden. We're waiting for you ! The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor - A living room with armchairs, TV and dining area. - A kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, gas hob... - Bedroom 1: bunk bed (sleeps 2), sofa, TV and en-suite shower room. - Bathroom with shower and WC. - Utility room. Mezzanine - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190). Exterior: - A 30m² south-facing terrace with furniture and motorized awning to enjoy the sunny days. - A lovely 500 m² garden (not enclosed). Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to two vehicles. For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - A shuttle bus is available just 500 m from the chalet to take you to the main attractions in the commune. - Buses are available throughout the region. - Nearest train stations: Saint-Gervais- Le Fayet 5 km (approx. 13 minutes by car) and Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 25 km (approx. 35 minutes by car). - Nearest airports: Geneva 86 km (approx. 1 hour by car) and Annecy Mont-Blanc 84 km (approx. 1 hour by car). Other remarks : - Pets are allowed in this accommodation (one cat or dog per stay). - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
