This lovely,18 sqm studio apartment was renovated in 2014. It has a little balcony overlooking the Arve river and the Brevent mountains and catches the warm afternoon sun. It's a perfect place to relax after your day in the mountains. Although it is compact in size, it is a comfortable open-plan space and has everything you need for a holiday. Kitchen is fully equipped and bathroom has a washing machine and a good shower. This apartment is very quiet and peaceful. An extra service,I offer early/late check-in and late-check out based on availability. A small fee applies 20e for early check-in; 25e for late check-in after 9 pm; a late check-out fee will depend on the length of extra hours requested. If you need any of these services, please let me know. Parking space is free for you to use, just notify me beforehand and please, read carefully about the returnable safety deposit required. The apartment is located in Cham-Sud, as it is locally known, and it is a popular area of Chamonix town, just a few minutes walk away from the town centre, as well as a couple of minutes from the main bus station and the closest train stop, called Aiguille du Midi. The neighbourhood is an open plaza with a variety of cafes, bars and restaurants and it also has a couple of small supermarkets and skis rental shops. Hikers, climbers, skiers and tourists alike stop for apres-activity drinks, to meet friends and to admire the amazing views of Mont Blanc at 4810m’s, which creates a bubbly, lively atmosphere. Cham-Sud is also the home for the famous l’Aiguille du Midi lift, which will take you up to 3842m’s in half an hour and from here you can see the incredible mountain vistas up close and begin your journey on the famous Vallee Blanche, a 20 km off-piste ski route. It is an experience not to be missed!
