We welcome you to our cozy, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped apartment for your stay: Relax in our spacious 30m² living room, open to a well-equipped kitchen with a countertop and all the essentials you'll need, including a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, and microwave oven. The approximately 15m² bedroom features a comfortable double bed and ample storage space for your belongings. You can also enjoy our large 50m² terrace, furnished with a comfortable outdoor lounge and a hanging lounge chair, perfect for outdoor relaxation. The toilet is separate from the bathroom for added convenience. Additionally, you'll have access to a washing machine and dryer for your comfort. Bed linens and towels are provided. Benefit from high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected throughout your stay. You won't lack anything for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Self-check-in, the entire accommodation is fully accessible to you.

The accommodation is ideally located, close to Gare Viotte, a 10-15 minute walk away, and the city center, which is a 25-minute walk away.
