In addition to being at a short public transport ride of most Olympic sites you will get to enjoy the historical neighbourhood of the Mont Valérien where famous resistant Jean Moulin was executed. Suresnes has several nice restaurant including one 50 meters away from the apartment where you can dine with a view on the Eiffel tower. If you want to enjoy an even more breathtaking view of Paris make sure to take a walk in la Terrasse du Fecheray. If you are into cycling you will find several Velib (self service bike rental) stations near the appartment allowing to cycle anywhere you want.
